TL431ILPR TI Voltage Reference
The TL431ILPR is a precision adjustable shunt voltage reference providing output from 2.5V to 36V using two external resistors, operating from 1mA to 100mA cathode current . It features 2% initial tolerance and a typical temperature coefficient of 50ppm/°C. The device includes low output dynamic impedance of 0.2Ω and active output circuitry for excellent turn-on characteristics. Packaged in a through-hole TO-92-3 package, the TL431ILPR is designed for industrial temperature range operation from -40°C to 125°C. Selection is the industry standard for voltage references and error amplifiers in power supplies. Applications include isolated feedback loops in switching power supplies (via optocoupler), precision voltage monitoring circuits, adjustable linear regulators, constant-current sinks for LED drivers, and battery charger error amplifiers.
