TL432BQDBZRQ1 TI Voltage Reference
The TL432BQDBZRQ1 is AEC-Q100 Grade 1 automotive low-power adjustable shunt reference with simplified two-pin architecture, internal 2.5V bandgap core for vehicle low-current sensor bias power, miniature parking camera auxiliary feedback loops and automotive wireless tracking node constant voltage regulation. Adjustable output range 2.5V–36V via external resistors, lower minimum operating cathode current than standard TL431 series to adapt to ultra-light vehicle standby loads, enhanced automotive transient surge resistance withstands cold cranking pulses, tiny SOT-23 DBZR packaging fits micro vehicle ECU PCBs, stable operation -40°C to 125°C.
