TL494CN TI DC DC Switching Controllers

The TL494 is a fixed-frequency PWM control circuit designed for switching power supply applications, operating from 7V to 40V supply. It features 5V precision reference trimmed to ±1%, two 200mA totem-pole outputs for push-pull or single-ended topologies, and variable dead-time control. The oscillator frequency is programmable (typically up to 300kHz) and the device includes under-voltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limiting, and internal thermal protection.
