The device offers a gain bandwidth product of 1.9 MHz, a high slew rate of 2.8 V/µs, and a minimum open-loop gain of 200 dB. It features low power dissipation of 15 mW and rail-to-rail input capability to the negative rail. Housed in an 8-pin PDIP package, it operates over -40°C to 85°C.
