The TLC277 is a dual, precision operational amplifier with LinCMOS™ technology, operating from a 3-V to 16-V single supply (or ±1.5-V to ±8-V dual). It features a 2.2-MHz gain-bandwidth product and a 5.8-V/µs slew rate, with a low input offset voltage of 0.5 mV typical and an input bias current of 0.6 pA. The quiescent current is 850 µA per channel. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D) (4.9 mm × 3.91 mm), it is ideal for battery-powered and portable instrumentation.
