The TLC27M2 is a dual precision operational amplifier with LinCMOS™ technology, operating from a 3-V to 16-V single supply (or ±1.5-V to ±8-V dual). It features a 635-kHz gain-bandwidth product and a 0.43-V/µs slew rate, with low input offset voltage of 10 mV max and input bias current of 0.6 pA typical. Quiescent current is 285 µA per channel. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D), it is ideal for battery-powered and portable instrumentation.
