TLE2062CDR TI Instrumentation, OP Amps, Buffer Amps
The TLE2062CDR is a dual low-power JFET-input operational amplifier from Texas Instruments featuring high-output-drive capability and micropower operation. It doubles the bandwidth of the earlier TL06x and TL03x families without significantly increasing power consumption, delivering a gain bandwidth product of 2MHz with a slew rate of 3.4V/µs. The device operates over a wide supply range of ±2.25V to ±19V and draws a low supply current of 200µA per channel. It provides ultra-low input bias current of 50pA and is capable of driving 100Ω loads at supplies as low as 5V. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC (D) package, it operates over 0°C to 70°C . Applications include high-impedance sensor interfaces, transformer drivers in modems, battery-powered instrumentation, and portable medical devices requiring high output drive and low power consumption.
