The TLIN1021ADRBRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) Local Interconnect Network (LIN) transceiver from Texas Instruments, fully compliant with the LIN 2.2A and ISO/DIS 17987-4 standards. It supports data rates up to 20 kbps and features a wide supply voltage range of 4.5V to 36V. The device includes a low-power sleep mode, wake-up capability via LIN bus or EN pin, and thermal shutdown protection. Housed in an 8-pin SON (DRB) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C. Applications include automotive body electronics, lighting modules, door modules, seat control modules, and any LIN bus network requiring AEC-Q100 qualification in a compact SON package.
