The TLIN1024ARGYRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) quad Local Interconnect Network (LIN) transceiver from Texas Instruments, featuring four independent LIN transceiver channels in a compact 24-pin VQFN package (5.5mm × 3.5mm) . It is fully compliant with LIN 2.2A and ISO/DIS 17987-4 standards, as well as SAE J2602, and supports data rates up to 20 kbps . The device includes a low-power sleep mode with standby current of 30 µA and features wake-up capability via LIN bus or EN pin . Protection features include ±58V LIN bus fault protection, undervoltage detection, TXD dominant timeout (DTO) protection, thermal shutdown protection, and bus-pin ESD protection up to ±8 kV (IEC 61000-4-2) . The receiver includes 50 mV hysteresis for enhanced noise immunity . The device operates over a wide supply voltage range of 4V to 36V . Housed in a 24-pin VQFN (RGY) package (5.5mm × 3.5mm) , it operates over -40°C to 125°C . Applications include automotive body electronics, lighting modules, door modules, seat control modules, and any LIN bus network requiring multiple LIN channels and AEC-Q100 qualification.
