The TLIN1027DRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) Local Interconnect Network (LIN) transceiver from Texas Instruments designed for low-speed data communication in automotive and industrial applications. The device is fully compliant with the LIN 2.0, LIN 2.1, LIN 2.2, LIN 2.2A, and ISO 17987-4:2016 (12V) standards. It features a wide supply voltage range of 4.5V to 36V and supports data rates up to 20 kbps. The device includes a low-power sleep mode for reduced power consumption, wake-up capability via LIN bus or EN pin, and thermal shutdown protection. The LIN bus pin features high ESD protection and is fault-tolerant for direct connection to automotive batteries. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC (D) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C. Applications include automotive body electronics, lighting modules, door modules, seat control modules, and any LIN bus network requiring AEC-Q100 qualification.
