The TLIN10285DRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) Local Interconnect Network (LIN) transceiver with integrated voltage regulator from Texas Instruments, designed for low-speed data communication in automotive applications. The device is fully compliant with the LIN 2.0, LIN 2.1, LIN 2.2, LIN 2.2A, and ISO 17987-4:2016 (12V) standards. It features a wide supply voltage range of 4.5V to 36V, supports data rates up to 20 kbps, and includes an integrated 5V voltage regulator for powering external loads up to 70 mA. The device includes a low-power sleep mode for reduced power consumption, wake-up capability via LIN bus or EN pin, and thermal shutdown protection. Housed in an 8-pin SOIC (D) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C.
