The TLK1501IRCP is a 0.6 Gbps to 1.5 Gbps transceiver from Texas Instruments designed for high-speed backplane and point-to-point data transmission. It features integrated serializer and deserializer (SERDES) functions, converting 16-bit parallel data streams into serial data and vice versa. The device supports data rates up to 1.5 Gbps, with low power consumption and integrated clock recovery and synthesis. Key features include loss-of-signal (LOS) detection, built-in self-test (BIST) mode for diagnostic testing, and selectable internal termination for flexible interfacing. Housed in a 64-pin HVQFP (RCP) package (10mm × 10mm), it operates over -40°C to 85°C.
