The TLK1501IRCPR is the tape-and-reel packaging variant of the TLK1501IRCP 0.6 Gbps to 1.5 Gbps transceiver from Texas Instruments. The device features integrated serializer and deserializer (SERDES) functions, converting 16-bit parallel data streams into serial data and vice versa. It supports data rates up to 1.5 Gbps, with low power consumption and integrated clock recovery and synthesis. Key features include loss-of-signal (LOS) detection, built-in self-test (BIST) mode, and selectable internal termination. Housed in a 64-pin HVQFP (RCP) package (10mm × 10mm), it operates over -40°C to 85°C.
