The TLV1117LV is a low-dropout linear regulator providing up to 1A output current with a fixed 1.5V output. It operates from 2.0V to 5.5V input and features a low dropout voltage of 1.1V maximum at full load. The device includes current limiting and thermal shutdown protection and is stable with ceramic output capacitors. Selection is ideal for low-voltage point-of-load regulation.
