TLV1805DBVR TI Comparators
The TLV1805 is a single high-voltage comparator with push-pull output, rail-to-rail input, and open-drain output option. It operates from 3 V to 40 V single supply and features 250 ns propagation delay with low 1.2 mA quiescent current. Rail-to-rail input allows sensing signals near the supply rails. Built-in hysteresis provides noise immunity. Selection is ideal for industrial and automotive threshold detection requiring wide voltage range.
