The TLV1811 is a single high-voltage comparator with push-pull output, rail-to-rail input, operating from a 2.5-V to 40-V single supply. It features 200-ns propagation delay, low 1.2-mA quiescent current, and internal hysteresis for noise immunity. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) (2.9 mm × 1.6 mm), it is ideal for industrial and automotive threshold detection. Applications include window detectors, zero-crossing detectors, battery voltage monitors, oscillator circuits, and analog-to-digital converter front-ends in engine control units (ECUs) and body electronics.
