TLV3011AIDBVR TI Comparators
The TLV3011A is a nanopower comparator with push-pull output and integrated 1.242-V reference, operating from 1.8 V to 5.5 V supply . It features ultra-low quiescent current of 3 µA typical (5.5 µA maximum) and 6-µs propagation delay. The integrated voltage reference has 0.5% initial accuracy and 20-ppm/°C typical drift . Rail-to-rail input allows sensing signals near the supply rails, and the push-pull output sinks and sources current without external pull-up resistor. Selection is ideal for ultra-low-power voltage monitoring and threshold detection. Applications include battery voltage monitoring for low-power systems, wake-up circuits in IoT devices, window comparators for power management, and undervoltage/overvoltage detection in portable medical devices.
