TLV3202AIDR TI Comparators
The TLV3202A is a dual, high-speed comparator with push-pull output, operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V single supply (or ±1.35V to ±2.75V dual). It features a 40-ns propagation delay, rail-to-rail input capability, and low quiescent current of 40µA per channel. Input offset voltage is 1mV maximum, with internal hysteresis of 1.2mV for noise immunity. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D) (4.9mm × 3.91mm), it is ideal for battery-powered, portable applications requiring fast response. Applications include zero-crossing detectors, pulse width modulators, high-speed ADC front-ends, and line receivers in portable medical devices and test equipment.
