TLV3691IDCKR TI Comparators
The TLV3691 is a nanopower comparator with push-pull output, operating from 1.8 V to 5.5 V supply with ultra-low quiescent current of 0.1 μA typical (250 nA maximum). It features a propagation delay of 28 μs, rail-to-rail input capability, and an output that sinks and sources current without requiring an external pull-up resistor. The device includes internal hysteresis for noise immunity. Packaged in a 5-pin SC-70, the TLV3691 is ideal for ultra-low-power threshold detection in battery-powered and portable applications. Applications include battery voltage monitoring for low-power systems, wake-up circuits in IoT devices, window comparators for power management, and undervoltage/overvoltage detection in portable medical devices and wireless sensors.
