TLV4041R5DBVR TI Comparators
The TLV4041R5 is a nanopower comparator with push-pull output and integrated 1.5V reference (R5 option). It operates from 1.6V to 5.5V supply and features ultra-low quiescent current of 250nA typical. The integrated reference simplifies threshold detection design. The device provides rail-to-rail input capability with internal hysteresis for noise immunity. Propagation delay is 3µs typical. Selection is ideal for ultra-low-power voltage monitoring and threshold detection. Applications include battery voltage monitoring for low-power systems, wake-up circuits in IoT devices, window comparators for power management, and undervoltage/overvoltage detection in portable medical devices and wireless sensors.
