TLV431BIDBZR TI Voltage Reference
The TLV431B is a low-voltage adjustable precision shunt regulator with an output voltage range from 1.24 V to 6 V, set by two external resistors. It operates over a 100-μA to 15-mA cathode current range with a typical dynamic impedance of 0.22 Ω. The B-grade offers 0.5% reference voltage tolerance at 25°C and a temperature coefficient of 50 ppm/°C. The industrial temperature range is -40°C to 85°C. Packaged in a 3-pin SOT-23 (DBZ) (2.92 mm × 1.3 mm), the TLV431B is a low-cost, low-power solution for portable and battery-powered electronics.
