TLV431BQDBVR TI Voltage Reference
The TLV431B is a low-voltage, adjustable precision shunt regulator with an output voltage range from 1.24V to 6V, set by two external resistors. It operates over a 100µA to 15mA cathode current range with a typical dynamic impedance of 0.22Ω. The B-grade offers 0.5% reference voltage tolerance at 25°C and a temperature coefficient of 50ppm/°C. Operating temperature range is –40°C to 125°C. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23-5 (DBV) , it is a low-cost, low-power solution for portable and battery-powered electronics.
