TLV62080DSGR TI Voltage Regulators - DC DC Switching Regulators

The TLV62080 is a 1.2A high-efficiency synchronous step-down converter with DCS-Control™, operating from 2.5V to 5.5V input and providing adjustable output from 0.6V to VIN. It features 2MHz typical switching frequency, allowing the use of tiny inductors and capacitors. The device consumes 17µA typical quiescent current and features power-save mode for high efficiency at light loads. For noise-sensitive applications, the device can be forced to PWM mode. The TLV62080 provides output discharge and power-good indicator. Selection is ideal for LDO replacement and powering low-power processors and wireless modules. Applications include smartphones, portable audio players, low-power DSP core supplies, wireless sensor nodes, and battery-powered IoT devices requiring high efficiency up to 94% and small solution size.
