The TLV62150 is a 1-A synchronous step-down converter with DCS-Control™, operating from a 3-V to 17-V input and providing an adjustable output from 0.9 V to 6 V. It features 2.5-MHz switching frequency, 18-µA typical quiescent current, and power-save mode for light-load efficiency. The device includes a power-good output, 100% duty cycle for lowest dropout, and overcurrent protection. Packaged in a 16-pin VQFN (RGT) (3 mm × 3 mm), it is ideal for battery-powered and point-of-load applications.
