TLV7011DCKR TI Comparators
The TLV7011 is a nanopower comparator with push-pull output, operating from 1.6V to 5.5V supply with ultra-low quiescent current of 5µA typical (8µA maximum) . It features propagation delay of 350ns, rail-to-rail input capability, and push-pull output that sinks and sources current without requiring an external pull-up resistor . The device includes internal hysteresis for noise immunity and is available in SC-70-5 package. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. Selection is ideal for ultra-low-power threshold detection in battery-powered and portable applications. Applications include battery voltage monitoring for low-power systems, wake-up circuits in IoT devices, window comparators for power management, and undervoltage/overvoltage detection in portable medical devices and wireless sensors.
