TLV7011DPWR TI Comparators
The TLV7011DPWR is a single low-voltage comparator with push-pull output from Texas Instruments in 5-pin X2SON (DPW) ultra-small package (0.8 mm × 0.8 mm) . For selection, verify supply from 1.6 V to 6.5 V, propagation delay of 260 ns typical, ultra-low quiescent current of 5 µA typical, rail-to-rail input common-mode voltage range, internal hysteresis for noise immunity, push-pull output eliminating external pull-up resistor, input offset voltage of 8 mV max, input bias current of 5 pA typical, no phase reversal for over-driven inputs, and operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Features include low power consumption for battery-powered designs, small size, and ESD protection.
