TLV7031DBVR TI Comparators
The TLV7031 is a single nanopower comparator operating from 1.6V to 5.5V with ultra-low quiescent current of 315nA typical. It features rail-to-rail inputs with no crossover distortion and push-pull output that sinks and sources current. The device provides internal hysteresis for noise immunity and propagation delay of 3µs typical. Selection is ideal for ultra-low-power threshold detection. Applications include wake-up circuits in battery-powered IoT devices, window comparators for battery monitoring, and zero-crossing detectors in energy harvesting systems.
