TLV7031DCKR TI Comparators
The TLV7031 is a single nanopower comparator with push-pull output, operating from a 1.6-V to 5.5-V supply with ultra-low quiescent current of 0.315 µA typical (1.1 µA maximum). It features propagation delay of 3 µs, rail-to-rail input capability, and an internal hysteresis for noise immunity. The push-pull output sinks and sources current without requiring an external pull-up resistor. Packaged in a 5-pin SC-70, the TLV7031 is ideal for ultra-low-power threshold detection in battery-powered and portable applications. Applications include battery voltage monitoring for low-power systems, wake-up circuits in IoT devices, window comparators for power management, and undervoltage/overvoltage detection in portable medical devices and wireless sensors.
