TLV7031QDBVRQ1 TI Comparators
The TLV7031-Q1 is an automotive-grade, single nanopower comparator with push-pull output, operating from a 1.6-V to 5.5-V supply with ultra-low quiescent current of 0.315 µA typical (1.1 µA maximum). It features propagation delay of 3 µs, rail-to-rail input capability, and an internal hysteresis for noise immunity. The push-pull output sinks and sources current without requiring an external pull-up resistor. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23 (DBV), it is ideal for ultra-low-power threshold detection in battery-powered and portable automotive applications, including wake-up circuits, window comparators, and undervoltage/overvoltage detection.
