TLV75201PDSQR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TLV75201 is a 2A low-dropout linear regulator with adjustable output voltage from 0.55V to 5.5V, operating from 1.5V to 6V input. It features an ultra-low dropout voltage of 150mV typical at 2A load, making it suitable for high-efficiency regulation. The device consumes only 25µA typical quiescent current and includes a power-good (PG) output for supply sequencing and fault monitoring. It provides high PSRR of 60dB at 1kHz and low output noise of 48µVRMS. The TLV75201 is stable with ceramic output capacitors as small as 1µF. Built-in protection includes current limiting and thermal shutdown. Selection is optimal for powering high-performance processors, FPGAs, and ASICs requiring up to 2A current. Applications include automotive infotainment, gaming consoles, solid-state drives, and industrial automation equipment requiring a small package and excellent transient response.
