TLV75712PDYDR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TLV757P is a 1A LDO providing fixed 1.2V output with power-good indicator, operating from 1.45V to 5.5V input. It features ultra-low dropout of 140mV at 1A and high PSRR of 55dB at 1kHz. Quiescent current is 25µA typical. The device includes current limiting, thermal protection, and PG output for supply sequencing. Packaged in 5-pin SOT-223. Selection is optimal for processor core supplies requiring 1.2V up to 1A. Applications include FPGA and ASIC power, automotive infotainment, and high-performance embedded systems requiring stable 1.2V rail with power-good monitoring.
