TLV75901PDRVR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)
The TLV75901 is a 1A low-dropout linear regulator with an adjustable output voltage from 0.55V to 5.5V. It operates from an input range of 1.5V to 6.0V and features an ultra-low dropout voltage of 140mV typical at 1A load. The device consumes only 25µA typical quiescent current and includes a power-good (PG) output for supply sequencing and fault monitoring. It provides high PSRR of 60dB at 1kHz and low output noise of 48µVRMS. The TLV75901 is stable with ceramic output capacitors as small as 1µF. Built-in protection includes current limiting and thermal shutdown. Selection is optimal for powering high-performance processors, FPGAs, and ASICs. Applications include automotive infotainment, gaming consoles, solid-state drives, and industrial automation equipment requiring a small 2mm x 2mm WSON package and excellent transient response .
