TLV76033DBZR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)

The TLV76033 is a 100 mA fixed-output LDO providing 3.3 V, operating from 5 V to 30 V input. It features ultra-low quiescent current of 2.5 µA typical, making it suitable for battery-powered always-on applications. Dropout voltage is 1.1 V typical at 100 mA. The device includes current limiting and thermal shutdown protection. Packaged in a 3-pin SOT-23, this LDO is stable with ceramic output capacitors of 1 µF or greater. Selection is ideal for battery-connected applications requiring wide input voltage range and low power consumption for 3.3 V output.
