TLV76701DGNR TI Voltage Regulators - Linear, Low Drop Out (LDO)
The TLV767 is a wide-input LDO supporting up to 1A output current with adjustable output from 0.8V to 14.5V. It operates from 2.5V to 16V input and features low dropout of 1.35V at maximum load. The device offers high PSRR of 60dB at 1kHz and low noise of 38µVRMS. The TLV767 includes foldback current limiting and thermal protection, with an enable pin for power sequencing. Packaged in 8-pin HVSSOP with PowerPAD for excellent thermal performance, this LDO is suitable for high-efficiency post-regulation. Applications include noise-sensitive RF transceivers, motor drives, industrial automation equipment, and automotive systems requiring stable adjustable voltage from unregulated 12V or 5V buses.
