The TLV803E is a voltage supervisor with active-low reset output and fixed threshold of 3.0V. It operates from 0.7V to 6V and features low supply current of 1.5µA typical. The device provides a reset output with 200ms typical delay after the supply voltage rises above the threshold. It includes manual reset input and open-drain reset output. Selection is ideal for microcontroller and DSP system supervision requiring ultra-low power consumption. Applications include battery-powered systems, portable medical devices, wireless sensors, and IoT nodes requiring power-on reset and brown-out detection with minimal power overhead.
