It operates from 0.7 V to 6 V supply and features ultra-low supply current of 1.5 µA typical, making it suitable for battery-powered always-on applications. The device provides a reset output with 200-ms typical delay after the supply voltage rises above the threshold, ensuring proper processor initialization .
