The TLV803E is a voltage supervisor with active-low push-pull reset output and a fixed threshold of 2.25 V (EF26 option) . It operates from 0.7 V to 6 V supply and features ultra-low supply current of 1.5 µA typical, making it suitable for battery-powered always-on applications. The device provides a reset output with 200-ms typical delay after the supply voltage rises above the threshold, ensuring proper processor initialization . Operating temperature range is –40°C to 125°C. Selection is ideal for microcontroller and DSP system supervision requiring ultra-low power consumption.
