TLV9004QDRQ1 TI Instrumentation, OP Amps, Buffer Amps
The TLV9004QDRQ1 is an automotive-grade (AEC-Q100) quad, low-power, rail-to-rail input/output (RRIO) operational amplifier from Texas Instruments optimized for cost-sensitive automotive applications. It operates over a single supply range of 1.8V to 5.5V and offers a gain bandwidth product of 1 MHz with a slew rate of 0.5 V/µs. The device draws a low quiescent current of 60 µA per channel, making it ideal for battery-powered automotive systems. It provides low input offset voltage of ±0.4 mV, low broadband noise of 27 nV/√Hz, low input bias current of 5 pA, and includes an internal RFI/EMI filter. It is unity-gain stable and can drive capacitive loads up to 500 pF with no-phase reversal in overdrive conditions. Housed in a 14-pin SOIC (D) package, it operates over -40°C to 125°C. Applications include automotive infotainment and cluster, body electronics and lighting, HEV/EV inverters and motor control, onboard chargers (OBC), ADAS, and powertrain current sensors.
