The TLV9151 is a single low-noise operational amplifier with 4.5MHz gain-bandwidth product and 1.5V/µs slew rate, operating from 2.7V to 16V single supply (or ±1.35V to ±8V dual). It features rail-to-rail input and output with low offset voltage of 0.5mV typical. Input bias current is 10pA, with low noise of 9nV/√Hz. The device consumes 0.5mA supply current typical and is unity-gain stable. Industrial temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. Packaged in SOT-23-5. Selection is ideal for general-purpose industrial and automotive sensor conditioning requiring rail-to-rail performance.
