The TLV9151S is a single, 16-V, low-power operational amplifier with rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO) and a shutdown (S) feature, operating from a 2.7-V to 16-V single supply (or ±1.35-V to ±8-V dual). It features a 4.5-MHz gain-bandwidth product and 1.5-V/µs slew rate, with a low input offset voltage of 0.5 mV typical and a quiescent current of 500 µA per channel. The shutdown mode reduces supply current to <1 µA. Packaged in a 6-pin SOT-23, the TLV9151 is ideal for low-power, battery-operated sensor systems requiring rail-to-rail performance with power-saving shutdown.
