TLV9152IDR TI Instrumentation, OP Amps, Buffer Amps
The TLV9152 is a dual low-noise operational amplifier with 4.5 MHz gain-bandwidth product and 1.5 V/µs slew rate, operating from 2.7 V to 16 V single supply (or ±1.35 V to ±8 V dual). It features rail-to-rail input and output with low offset voltage of 0.5 mV typical. Input bias current is 10 pA, with low noise of 9 nV/√Hz. The device consumes 0.5 mA supply current per channel and is unity-gain stable. Packaged in 8-pin SOIC, these op-amps are characterized for industrial temperature range of –40°C to 125°C. Selection is ideal for general-purpose industrial and automotive sensor conditioning requiring rail-to-rail performance.
