The TLV9301 is a single, 40-V, low-power operational amplifier with rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO), operating from a 4.5-V to 40-V single supply (or ±2.25-V to ±20-V dual). It features a 1-MHz gain-bandwidth product and 0.5-V/µs slew rate, with a low input offset voltage of 0.5 mV typical and a quiescent current of 150 µA per channel. The device is unity-gain stable and includes integrated EMI filtering. Packaged in a 5-pin SOT-23 (DBV) (2.9 mm × 1.6 mm), the TLV9301 is ideal for cost-optimized, space-constrained industrial and automotive applications.
