TLVH431BQPK TI Voltage Reference

The TLVH431B is a low-voltage adjustable precision shunt regulator with 1.24V reference voltage and 0.5% initial tolerance (B-grade) . It operates over a 60µA to 70mA cathode current range and provides adjustable output from 1.24V to 18V using two external resistors. The device features 4mV typical reference deviation over temperature, 0.25Ω typical dynamic impedance, and 0.1µA typical reference terminal current. The TLVH431B is designed for low-voltage applications where the standard TL431's 2.5V reference is too high. Selection is ideal for low-voltage error amplifiers and voltage monitoring in 3V systems. Applications include low-dropout regulators, switching power supply error amplifiers, voltage detectors, current limiters for portable electronics, and precision reference circuits requiring 1.24V reference.
