TMAG5170A1QDGKR TI Magnetic Sensors - Linear, Compass (ICs)
The TMAG5170A1 is a high-precision 3D Hall effect position sensor with I2C interface, operating from a 2.5V to 5.5V supply. It measures magnetic fields in X, Y, and Z axes simultaneously with 16-bit resolution. The device features low 50-µA quiescent current and includes an integrated temperature sensor for compensation. Packaged in an 8-pin VSSOP (DGK) (3mm × 3mm), it is ideal for contactless 3D position sensing requiring high accuracy. Applications include automotive joysticks, industrial linear and rotary encoders, throttle position sensing, steering wheel angle detection, and any application requiring precise 3D magnetic field measurement.
