TMCS1100A2QDR TI Current Sensors

The TMCS1100 is a galvanically isolated Hall-effect current sensor with an analog output, operating from a 3-V to 5.5-V single supply. It features a fixed sensitivity of 50 mV/A (A2 option), a ±80-A sensing range, and 1% accuracy. The device includes 3-kVrms galvanic isolation, an 80-kHz bandwidth, and a low 6-mA supply current. Packaged in an 8-pin SOIC (D) (4.9 mm × 3.91 mm), it is ideal for current sensing in motor control, power supplies, and battery management systems requiring galvanic isolation.
