TMP100NA/3K TI Temperature Sensors - Digital, Local

The TMP100 is a digital temperature sensor with I2C/SMBus interface, offering 9- to 12-bit selectable resolution (0.0625°C LSB at 12-bit). It operates from 2.7V to 5.5V and features accuracy of ±1°C typical (-20°C to +85°C). The device consumes 45µA typical during conversion and 0.1µA in shutdown mode. Up to eight TMP100 devices can be addressed on the same bus using three address pins. Selection is ideal for multi-point thermal monitoring in portable and battery-powered systems. Applications include portable electronics, computer thermal management, industrial process monitoring, automotive environmental sensing, and telecommunications equipment requiring digital temperature readout.
