TMP103BYFFR TI Temperature Sensors - Digital, Local
The TMP103B is a digital temperature sensor with an I2C interface, offering a 1-°C accuracy and 8-bit resolution (1-°C LSB). It operates from 1.4 V to 3.6 V supply, consuming only 6-µA average current (3-µA shutdown). The device features one address pin, allowing up to eight devices on the same bus. Packaged in a 4-pin DSBGA (YFF) (0.76 mm × 0.76 mm), it is the smallest temperature sensor available from TI, ideal for ultra-compact, battery-powered applications.
