The TMP1075N is a high-precision digital temperature sensor with I2C/SMBus interface, offering ±0.5°C maximum accuracy from -20°C to +85°C. It operates from 1.7V to 5.5V supply and features user-selectable 9- to 12-bit resolution (0.0625°C LSB at 12-bit). The device consumes 30µA typical during conversion and 0.5µA in shutdown mode. The 'N' grade offers enhanced performance for specific applications. Up to 8 devices can be addressed on the same bus. Selection is ideal for high-accuracy thermal monitoring in portable and industrial systems.
