The TMP117A is a high-precision digital temperature sensor with an I2C/SMBus compatible interface, offering ±0.2°C maximum accuracy from –40°C to 100°C. It operates from 1.8 V to 5.5 V, with a 16-bit resolution (0.0078°C) and an ultra-low power consumption of 3.9 µA (average) and 150 nA in shutdown. The device includes a programmable alert function for temperature threshold monitoring. Packaged in a 6-pin WSON (DRV) (2 mm × 2 mm), it is ideal for medical, industrial, and environmental monitoring applications requiring the highest accuracy.
