TMP20AIDCKR TI Temperature Sensors - Analog and Digital Output
The TMP20 is a low-power analog output temperature sensor providing a voltage output linearly proportional to temperature with a –11.77-mV/°C slope . It operates from 1.8 V to 5.5 V supply and achieves ±2.5°C maximum accuracy from –55°C to 130°C . The device consumes only 4 µA maximum supply current and features low thermal mass for fast thermal response. The SC-70-5 package is pin-compatible with the industry-standard LM20, and the SOT-563 package is also available. Operating temperature range is –55°C to 125°C. Selection is ideal for battery-powered temperature monitoring as a cost-effective alternative to thermistors. Applications include power-supply thermal management, battery management systems, HVAC equipment, cellular phones, and portable medical devices.
