TMP235A4DBZR TI Temperature Sensors - Analog and Digital Output

The TMP235 is a precision analog output temperature sensor providing a voltage output linearly proportional to temperature with a positive slope of 10mV/°C. It operates from 2.3V to 5.5V supply and features ±2°C accuracy (maximum) from 0°C to 70°C, with sensing range of -40°C to +150°C. The A4 grade offers a typical accuracy of ±1.2°C. The device consumes 9µA typical supply current and features low thermal mass for fast response. The linear analog output eliminates the need for complex calibration or lookup tables, simplifying system design. The TMP235 is available in the space-saving SOT-23-3 package.
